Velvet rope

Having proper crowd control is really important for any show or event. I’ve witnessed a lot of fair shows in our place. Most of them use stanchions and a velvet rope which are good ideas because they really control the crowd from getting out of place. That is why, I told my hubby that the next time his company has a trade show, they need to have some barricades because it will minimize the crowd from being in the wrong place.

My hubby agreed to use one of the crowd control products because it’s really makes the show a lot easier to work. He saw a couple of booths where the crowd got into and it really didn’t look good. Mall

We went to a nice playground in the mall earlier this morning. Then my friend called me up and asked to meet us at the mall. Since I didn’t have any plans, I decided to go and meet her there. I’m glad I did because we had a lot of fun.

I guess for now we will not touch her hair. We will let it grow a little bit more and decide after that. I need to call my friend, I almost forgot she invited me to attend a party tonight. I don’t think I can come because my hubby is not in the mood since he is a little tired.

My husband has been really great about allowing me to make a lot of decisions for our new home and it’s partly because of a conversation we had about our roles in this relationship. I’m really traditional and I believe he should be able to do things like bring home the bacon, so to speak, and that I should manage anything that has to do with the house. I looked into ambit electric company for the utilities and I’ve been cooking up a storm lately trying to make his tummy happy which is what my mom tells me my duty is as a wife. We actually make a great team and I love our division of labor and you know, one day it will all change again when I have a baby and stay at home but for now, this is working out great. There’s something to be said for traditional gender roles in a marriage – perhaps they’re so traditional because they’ve worked so well for so long!

Finished

My hubby is not eating his dinner yet, I asked him earlier and he said his not hungry. Hopefully he will eat soon because I will going to bed early tonight. I’m really tired and he’s been so busy running errands. I’m glad though that I finished all the Christmas shopping today. Now I can sit and relax while watching movies.
